平衡問題

我囝囝3歲4個月,但由細到大他平衡都唔太好,行行下會突然跌低,我都將有關問題問過老師,他叫我多到公園玩,跑,可以幫助他大肌肉發展.我一家常常到運動場跑步,囝囝也有學游水,但平衡未見好????????
1) Did you check his shoes that he wears? Is the shoes size way too big or too much exceeded space inside?? If so, that may cause him fall every time when run. The shoe shouldnt have too much space inside more than a thumb.

2) Check see if his walking pattern. If he is not walking probably that might cause him tripped over on his own legs when he runs.

3) If not cause by above, then he can play more 平衡木 that type of things to train the balancing. Or you can use a masking type typed on floor and let him walk on it at home.

4) Or put several cusions on floor to let him walk on it, that also train his balancing.

以上那位家長說sketing,其實是滾軸溜冰。讓我補充一下有關資料吧。

滾軸溜冰是香港目前流行的叫法,而國內則叫旱冰或輪滑,台灣稱為溜冰,澳門則叫它做雪屐。不論叫法如何,其目的只是區別水冰地面或非水冰地面 (ICE SKATING)。其特點是在溜冰鞋底上鑲上底架及輪子,踏著它在地面上滑行。

滾軸溜冰涉及全身的肌肉活動,它是一項具節奏感的運動,若有規律地練習,可以讓你得到以下的益處:

*   加強血液循環,幫助肌肉發展。
*   消除壓力和緊張,身體得到鬆弛,易於入睡。
*   透過滾軸溜冰的樂趣,可以促使身心健康愉快
*   幫助減去過量的脂肪,防止體重驟增。
*   只要有規律地練習,可以改善身體對脂肪及糖份(碳水化合物)的吸收。
*   通過學習, 增強自信心, 培養合群精神。
