Just want to tell that there is a parental seminar hosted by the Education Bureau. It will be held on 30/10/2010 by 3 speakers, each from Health Department, the media and EDB. They are experts to share with us ways of raising children, their developmental paces and how to co-operate with the kindergarten to rear up our children.
