優才及音小

我想問一問關於優才及音小:

優才:
我上網瀏覽此校之網站, 優才提及自己是一所為培育資優生而開辦的直資一條龍學校。
.....是否意味只會集中/較注意資優生?
那若果小兒不是資優, 是否不適合就讀呢?


優才會否是小一生就要教小二或小三課程之學校呢? 即是靠家長在外補好習才回校上課擺了的學校呢?


音小:
我其實到現在都未察覺小兒(K2)對音樂有很大興趣, 若果選擇音小, 是否很冒險?

優才: 照我所知英文和數學都有教快的, 英文快好似一年, 數學好似半年.  
音小: 沒有教快, 只是按小一的程度去教.  對音樂的興趣是可以培養的, 不須要緊張, 因為學校有一套很完善的校本課程去教受音樂.

優才 really gear for talented kids; at least that's the purpose of the school. I think the real talented ones if they are not taken by super famous schools, that would be one of the choices.
"那若果小兒不是資優, 是否不適合就讀呢?" -- my feeling is yes. Why would you want your kid to study in a school that targets only for talented kids if your kids is average / slightly above average?
音小: their curriculum sounds attractive. But if you don't want to develop your kid to have music talent, or if your kid is not interested in music, I don't think you should choose that school because "music" is their focus.

您好!  我是音小學生家長.  雖然音小的校名有音樂2字, 但不是要有音樂天份才可入讀.  其實他們最著重的是小朋友的品格, 而他們是按著聖經的真理去教導小朋友, 使他們成為有愛, 有責任的人.
